About me
I live and work in Reston, and love the community. I have been working in the field of eating disorders since 2001, and can't imagine doing anything else. I'm originally from upstate New York, but have lived in Northern Virginia for 20 years, so I'm familiar with the culture of achievement and perfectionism that are so pervasive in our region.
Outside of work, I adore walking my dog on the Reston pathways, and exploring fun new food and live music options with my family.

I am an out of network therapist, meaning that I do not take insurance directly. I provide monthly receipts to submit to your insurance plan for out-of-network reimbursement.
